These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website and to digital printable products sold by AUROCA Printables. Please read them before making a purchase.

2. Digital products

All AUROCA products are digital files. No physical items are shipped.

File formats, page sizes, number of pages, and printing or editing requirements vary by product and are described on the relevant product page. Please check these details before purchasing.

Product photographs and mockups illustrate how the printables may be used. Props, devices, frames and other physical accessories shown in these images are not included.

Printed colours may vary depending on your printer, paper and settings.

3. Purchasing through Hotmart

Purchases are completed through Hotmart, an external platform. Your transaction is also subject to the applicable Hotmart terms and policies presented during checkout.

AUROCA does not operate Hotmart’s website or payment systems. Using an external platform does not remove any obligations AUROCA has towards you under applicable law.

4. Prices and charges

Prices on this website are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

The final amount, currency, taxes and any applicable checkout charges are displayed on Hotmart before you confirm your purchase.

Your bank or card provider may apply additional fees, including currency conversion fees.

5. Delivery and access

Digital files become available after payment confirmation, according to the delivery arrangements stated for the product.

Follow the access instructions provided by Hotmart and any instructions included with your purchase.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the products and original website content, including text, designs and graphics, are owned by AUROCA Printables or used with permission from their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights. It grants only the licence described below or expressly stated for that product.

7. Personal-use licence

Unless a product expressly includes a different licence, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and within your household.

You may:

• Download and store the files on your personal devices.
• Print copies as needed for your own use and use within your household.
• Make a backup copy for your personal records.
• Use a printing service to produce permitted copies on your behalf, without granting that service any right to retain, reuse or distribute the files.
• Personalise a file where the product is expressly described as editable.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the digital files or printed copies.
• Share the files outside your household, including through email, messaging groups, shared drives or download links.
• Upload the files to websites, marketplaces, social platforms or print-on-demand services for distribution or sale.
• Offer the files or printed copies as commercial gifts, promotional giveaways or part of another product.
• Use the materials for clients, classroom distribution, organisations or other professional or commercial purposes without a separate licence or written permission.
• Claim the designs as your own or remove ownership notices to misrepresent their origin.
• Modify the materials for resale or redistribution.

Any different licence expressly included with a product governs that product to the extent it differs from this section. Nothing in this licence restricts uses that applicable law permits regardless of these terms.

8. Technical requirements

To download and use your files, you need an internet connection and a device capable of opening the supplied file format.

Printing requires a printer or a printing service. Printing costs and any necessary supplies are your responsibility.

Additional requirements, including software needed for editable products, are stated on the relevant product page.

Where relevant, include the product name, order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Payment-processing questions may also need to be handled through Hotmart.

10. Refunds and consumer rights

Our products are digital downloads and cannot be physically returned.

AUROCA does not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind refund policy beyond the guarantee applicable to your Hotmart purchase and any rights required by law.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the guarantee period and conditions applicable to your purchase through Hotmart, together with applicable consumer protection laws. Please review the information provided at checkout.

Accessing or downloading a file does not automatically remove any refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply to you.

If a file is defective, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact aurocaprintables@gmail.com. We will help resolve the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Website availability and limitations

We take reasonable care to keep the website available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Third-party services, including Hotmart, may experience interruptions outside our control. We will provide reasonable assistance with issues relating to your purchase.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own acts or omissions where applicable law imposes it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent revision.

The version in effect when you make a purchase applies to that purchase. Later changes will not retrospectively reduce the rights granted with your purchase.
